Really? Have you tried it?

the account would just get banned after a while because xbox security got tight and it technically still has to transfer the license and if the account gets deleted off the xbox i dont think it works anymore or if someone else signs onto it even when your not using. i dunno he new dashboard changed a lot of stuff and i know security got a lot stricter :|

Are you sure? Licence transferring is a feature on Xbox.com and your Xbox. This is simply recovering someone's account. If it's allowed in the MW3 section, then what harm will it cause here?

Nope thats where alot of do things wrong, you use xbox to do it now its in account management around there and there you go.
