As alot of us including me and friends have recently been console banned and everyone is banned for the same reason:
This is mainly the cause of people buying cheap microsoft points which were on other peoples account many were purchased from the website DHGate.
alot of the greedy people thought it wasn't enough thus stepping this into fraud, this is because greedy players bought microsoft points with the 'Accounts' credit card details. This ban wave was like the one in 2009 quick and severe.
I made this post for people to be aware that Microsoft are after you 2 of my friends were banned last month and i was banned thursday night, the only way around this so far is to Trade your console in, take the HDD off (only on slim console because the original one is sticking out) trade it in buy a new one and put your HDD back into your console, for original consoles make back ups of everything on a usb then copy it to your new console.
Hope this made people aware good luck in finding other ways around it.

This Xbox console has been permanently banned from access to Xbox LIVE due to involvement in the purchase, sale, theft, or transfer of Xbox LIVE account(s). This conduct was discovered by an investigation into the activity occurring on the console.
The conduct that caused this ban may include, but is not limited to:
Unauthorized account recovery or usage
Unauthorized purchases/redemptions on an account
Offering to buy, sell, lend, or transfer an account
Attempts to commit fraud

I say good. Doing any of the things listed are illegal, they know who you are so if you've been banned for this, feel lucky that Microsoft didn't pass on your information.

Lesson learnt, don't do things illegally.
