Make a rod. Cast it w/ LT and when the bobber goes under hit LT again if you did it right you'll get a lot of fish!

you make a fishing rod and left trigger into water and when the floater goes under left trigger it again to catch it

yes, using sticks and spider webs, which can be obtained by killing spiders:),
craft a rod, go to water and cast with LT, happy fishing!
