There is a mouse effect that ripples when you click, and i think it looks cool and i wanna know how to get it. There is a pk video where he has it. Watch it for example.

Control Panel>Hardware and Sound>In the sub categories of Devices and Printers, click Mouse.

Pointer Options, display pointer trails then choose your settings

Ignore that, I think it's a recording effect with the program he/she used, same with the circle that appears
