Ok, so I'm trying to make an internet browser in vb that will get past websense, aka web filters. I need to know how to add the proxy to my program and use it. I've been researching for a couple of hours and decided to ask my friends on ttg, so maybe some help please, ill +rep

We had websense at our school. We were always told that we were always been monitored and if we by passed the websence then we would get in trouble... This was aload of shit.

Try just making a web browser. With the websense that they was using it was only monitoring IE. So you shouldn't need to use proxys...

I know that but it only worked on the application iexplorer.exe or what ever it's called...

Also you can make one that runs the Firefox Engine...

websence would still block the IE webbrowser. unless it only targets iexplore.exe and i doubt it does. but yes using geckoFX should work.
