Both companies started making CoD boring though like the only good games i think they made was
Treyarch was Cod5 or WaW
IW was Mw2 in my opinion.
I really dont find it surprising that they are getting into an 'arguement' over something so simple
I really stopped caring about the cod series after black ops and mw3

And for those who never read the article properly. It is not Infinity Ward suing, it is ex Infinity Ward CEO's Vince Zampella and Jason West who are nothing to do with IW anymore but their contract is still in place.

Ikr, if Infinity Ward wins, i will make this promise and stand to it! I will sue them, They want to talk about break contracts and shit! Well last time i checked thats all the do, MW3, MW2, They tell the community this and that then they lie Fuk you IW!!!! I know this proably wont happen but if you see this, i will sue you and win. I have dirt on y'all that no one know about. For example: Call of duty elite, in your contract it says, that elite is 40 dollars a year, so why is it 60?... can you explain that? oh and ik about all your inside jobs and so on so again **** you IW, just lay of Activison just cuz you know they are better

Thanks for posting this, people said that this was a rumour but I'm shocked it's true. I never liked the games anyway, so it doesn't real,y affect me.
