i only have the heat sinkers on my jtag so gets me thinking that i should put most of it together and fans running to see if it will work but seeing what you guys say first before i put it back together.

can anyone help me with an rgh system update. i need to know how to do it

Sounds to me link a RF module needs replacing.

sooo uhhhh do you know or not?

3. Console will not boot FSD, Xell or link to controllers. My TV see's the output because it asks me to change to the channel the XBOX is connected to, but when I do there is a blank screen.
4. The middle power light blinks constant, like when the DVD tray is opening. I open tray manually and the light stops blinking. (tray is broke and the drive has never been able to read discs)

Can some one help me I try to boot up my xbox and it won't boot up same with xell I try to boot it up and nothing shows on the my tv... But the the rjtag chip shows that it's trying to boot up the light flashes green when I try to boot it up to dashboard or xell can someone help me ... I've got a Jasper 512mb RGH 2 and I'd like help I have neighborhood setup by an ethernet cord from my pc to my rgh. The pc is connected to the internet via wireless adapter then with a ethernet cord from my pc to rgh and on fsd 3 it gives me a weird ip it is 169.254.106.179 and my router only gives ip's such as 192.168.x.x and Neighborhood works but i cant connect to the internet on my rgh not live but internet and i believe it's because this strange ip thanks guys
