You console isn't being assigned an IP adress. Restart your router and try again. If that doesn't work, manually enter your information into the network.

what do you mean manually enter it in the network? and it isnt a kv issue? i just bought it i hope it isnt already banned

i restarted it again but same result connects to router and internet but no xbox live, what should i do now

Everytime i try to use a RTE this error message pops up...

3. What seems to be the problem ? Name anything recent that you have done to you console recently (update nands, etc) Haven't played it for about a year, just played it for an hour and this happened.
4. What physical errors are you seeing (2/3 RROD, RGH not booting, RGH booting slowly, Jtag getting E79,etc) The left rings and bottom right ring are flashing, so 3 rrod. When I was playing the screen froze and went side to side a little and made a loud error noise, then the screen went black, and the video hasn't been working since.
5. Do you have your OG Nand ? I don't know? I bought the xenon from someone and haven't changed anything really.

Install .Net framework. All the versions.

Didn't work so I tried to flash the original nand back onto xell that worked fine it got to shut down. So I did. Then I turned it on after 30second and now xell or my Xbox will not boot at all.
