I believe this also. I don't think "God" are whoever made planets didn't make them for nothing.

I think there will be similar species but nothing that evolved exactly the same as us...

Because the Earth is very young compared to most discovered plantes outside our solar system.

To me though it doesn't matter if they are intelligent, if in my life time we discover micro organisms in Venus's clouds or find an ocean full of life on the moon Titan then I will die a happy man.

I personally believe there is other form of lifd just not humans... There is no way our universe, as vast as it is only has one planet out of every galaxy and Light years big space is that actually holds life... As weird as this sounds I think that the mass effect franchise is the ideal belief
