best way is chew lots of gum
or use that gum that has nicotine in it
use them nicotine cigarets that suppose to help
or could try the patches for your arm
can get them all free and free quit kits if you look on internet

or try and find your own way
everyones different so hope i helped

If you REALLY want to stop you can. No one is addicted to anything it's all in your head.
Addiction is all psychological it's all in your head!
You dont NEED to smoke a cigarette you WANT to smoke a cigarette.

This is my advice to you if you want to quit you can it's just only if you really want to. No one is forcing you to smoke you are. Just tell yourself IM NOT GOING TO SMOKE. Trust me all this addiction rehab crap is a bunch of BS it's psychological it's all in your brain.

Maybe your body has gotten used to the fact that you smoke so much and it needs nicotine to function, then in that case just slowly stop smoking and eventually when you realize it's all in your head you will STOP.
