Deadlymods do have car spawners, I have used these in the past. The most popular place where the cars will spawn is obviously the airport, of course there is other car spawns around the map.

No idea what modder island is. If you mean the island where it spawns beside the airport then yes it should come with the script mods.

Don't bother buying from deadly fishes its usually a rip off I know one that bought from him for $50 Dollars where you can go buy a 5Pack of 8.5 GB DVD +R for about $13
