No... Dunn was Drinking and Driving. His toxicology report said he had a .196 BAC.

Speeding isnt the issue. If we raised the speed limits instead of having ridiculously slow limits (Oregon USA has max of 65) then people would be able to travel faster. They should improve the licensing requirements (similar to Germany and the autobahn) and it would make it more safe.

Looks to me like he was cut off. Before the van blocked the view that car was not in front of the "speeder". Then the "speeder" goes out of sight and the accident happens

As long as teenagers and immature adults think its "cool to speed," they will always do it. That's why there will always be speeding.

Nothing will ever stop speeding. Why are manufacturers allowed to make cars go to 100mph+ when the speed limit is 80mph max?

Doesn't make sense..

I don't know if this has already been said, but the driver was reported dead at the scene.

For the crash, it was pretty horrific. But people will never learn not to speed.
