try refraging it, it always works if not pm me back and ill tell you some othere things dont download anyhting because it will take up more memory:)

Put wheels on your laptop, it'll go waaaaay faster.

The absolute best way to make your computer run faster is to do a clean restore, but in your case just get a bigger hardrive

No you can't download ram.
You can buy Ram cards, But can't download.

Try Defragmenting you pc.

CCleaner will help you to an extent and use the disk defragger built in to Windows. Run a scan using Malwarebytes. This guide will also help you quite a bit.

Unless you're maxing out your RAM, more will not change anything. If you do want to upgrade, RAM is extremely cheap. Might as well make the jump to 8GB since in the States you can get a set for under $40 on a good day. Not sure how it is across the pond, though. Tell me if you want any more help, and I don't want your money.
