UPDATE!!------ ive been baned for 48hrs and reset so no this wasnt a random so srsly guys i would stop boosting and if your gonna boost! make sure theatre recording is turned off and ur disconnected from ELITE!

I highly doubt it dude, I think someone is just trolling you. If you were actually going to be banned I think you would be notified with a message when you tried to get onto the MW3 online servers.

I was going to say, If this was real you would be getting reset, but he is right, if it was a legit ban then you would of got once at loading screen.

Dude incase u guys didnt know that was sent from CptRutger... He is really big in xbox moderating and bans boosters every day. Within 48 hours expect to get a 48 hour ban and a full stats reset. Sorry dude... Good luck.
