I am at work at the moment and i have downloaded several albums to put onto my iPhone.
I don't want to sync it normally because i haven't got any of my apps or anything on this computer and i don't want to loose them.
I want to be able to sync my iPhone without erasing it, and be able to manually manage my music on my phone.
I will +Rep whoever can tell me how to do this.
Thanks,

Just plug your iPhone in as normal and as soon as it syncs, go to the tab at the top and click the x that's is in the window next to where it says "Syncing ... iPhone" .
If this doesn't work, go onto the apps tab and uncheck where it says "Sync Applications" and it should stop syncing immediately.
You can then mange your music without the device syncing and installing apps from the computer.
