Hey TTG,

So I've seen all the recent thread's of How to do the scam, as well as proof
thread's that say you wont get banned for doing it, this is true, Microsoft
has no way of knowing what kind of TV you have but this scam is a waste of time.

Now it may seem all good "Aha I tricked them, I got my money and the game" Well you've
been tricked! When Xbox support issues a refund for the game, you loose your game license, there for when a game license is lost for an XBLA game, you don't receive Title updates! Meaning after 1.7.3 comes out, your On-line will not work. I talked to a Xbox support rep today and although i do not have screen shots of the conversation i can quote her on:

"When we issue a refund on your account, we cannot guarantee full functionality of the game, you will also not receive title updates"

So, i thought i would just let everyone know, who is thinking about pulling this scam
that its a waste of time!
