Alright so i've been trying to make a changing avatar by following this tut:

But i am almost positive that is not the tut I am looking for.
I've heard that coding is involved in making a changing avatar so i'm looking for help here.

That is not the greatest tutorial.
I would give you what you want, but unfortunately I don't have the money to pay for hosting this month :/
