Hello TTG, I have been having trouble with buying Runescape membership and Squeal of Fortune's. It says the following message:
Please help!!! This has been going on for the past 6 months!!
Unfortunately, your payment was not completed successfully. Please try again shortly. For more information, please contact your payment provider.

I'm not sure if you've read the message on screen when your attempt to pay was
unsuccessful - in short, the best thing for you to do to sort this out is
contact your bank, as they have sadly declined the payment.
If you are desperate to be a member right now however, I may recommend you check
out our other payment options - like PayByText/SMS or PayByPhone.
You can view all the payment options available to you here:

In case you missed the message on screen, here is it again - be sure to follow
the steps outlined, and this will solve the problem in most cases:
Step 1 - Have you entered your card information correctly?
Step 2 - Do you have sufficient funds in your bank account?
Step 3 - Is your bank/card issuer blocked international payments? (Jagex Ltd is
based in the United Kingdom)
Step 4 - Try again with the same, or a different card.
Step 5 - Try a different payment method
If you've tried all of the above, and still can't pay using your card, then
email us at billingsupport @ jagex.com and we'll be able to find the best way to
get you in the member's game as soon as we can.
While you're waiting to speak to your bank check out the member benefits and
upcoming updates. Should you need help with sorting this through your bank we
are only an email away! J
