You have to reflash your NAND to your Xbox, not just put the back up cd into it...

Wait, are you saying your friend got the files and gave you a download link for them or like gave them to you?
Well if they didn't come directly from the actual teh1337 then you most likely bricked your console which is sadly unfixable.

have you tried removing all storage devices and boot or boot xell with eject button?
