I'll mostly be playing Minecraft, Skyrim, Amnesia, and other games. So tell me, is this a good Gaming PC?
CPU: AMD FX-4100 3.60 GHz Quad-Core AM3+ CPU 4MB L2 Cache & Turbo Core Technology
HDD: 500GB SATA-II 3.0Gb/s 16MB Cache 7200RPM HDD (Single Hard Drive)
MEMORY: 8GB (4GBx2) DDR3/1600MHz Dual Channel Memory (Corsair XMS with Heat Spreader)
MOTHERBOARD: * [CrossFireX] GigaByte GA-970A-D3 AMD 970 Socket AM3+ ATX Mainboard w/ On/Off Charge, 7.1 Audio, GbLAN, USB3.0, SATA-III RAID, 2 Gen2 PCIe X16, 3 PCIe X1 & 2 PCI
SOUND: HIGH DEFINITION ON-BOARD 7.1 AUDIO
VIDEO: AMD Radeon HD 7750 1GB 16X PCIe 3.0 Video Card [+76] (Major Brand Powered by AMD)
The grand total was like 960 or something.

$960 for a terrible CPU and a GPU that's not really a good card considering the budget. I'd advise not going with a pre-built PC, CyberpowerPC in particular is really bad unless you configure it right..and even then, you're paying $100's for someone to rush through the job and install some standoffs. You can snag yourself a 2500k + Hyper 212 and GTX 560 ti combo with a half descent board and a PSU that won't fail within the first few months. Getting a cracked version of Windows 7 + re-using your current DVD drive and HDD ( unless it's a 5000rpm laptop 2.5'' HDD ) will easily save you $200(+).

Good build here (: Pulled from NewEgg though, to lazy to type it all out. And for the ram go with two of what I put in for a total of 8GB (;

The i5-2500K is a good CPU but correct me if I'm wrong but I don't see a powersupply. I also assume this is just a build and you'll get the OS later.
