I just Flashed my RGH to a Dev Nand
and went to boot up Mw2, but it just goes too a Black Screen?
Any ideas?

Probably because its on a dev nand. Development kits do not run retail games.

When I tried out RGLoader (Dev Nand) everything worked just as it did before (I don't think system linking works), but I have heard of issues where you can't run other Xex's other than Xexmenu without the console freezing. I don't know the exact cause but if you flash back to your previous nand that you were using it all should work fine.

I beleive it may have something to do with frct.bin try disabling it, Make sure your firmware is updated to lastest aswell otherwise it will cause problems with newer games.
