i cant get it to download keeps saying instelation failed required sources so i have to use power bot until it starts working any ideas ?

Do you mean the client wont install or the runescape updates? Do you have the client working but then the updates won't go on?

What OS are you using? Mac, windows xp, vista or windows 7?
