There is no glitch to find one, you just have to turn your sound up and listen up for mobs and such.

ya, if you set it up correcty dig a 3 long 2 deep hole in the ground place 2 sticky pistons and 2 tnt on it the wire it up with a lever. jump in the whole and hit the lever it will glitch allowing you to see the inside of the map and all the caverns
