It might be your controller.
If your Turtles are in good condition there is a possibility it's your controller.

salar154 wrote Okay, so I bought X12's like 2 weeks ago. I was outside yesterday from being outside all day. I turn on my xbox and put on my turtle beaches like I normally would. I join my friends party, and no one can hear me. So I'm like, "Tf?". I put the mic closer to my mouth.. nothing. So I just talk really loud and put the mic almost inside my mouth. Turns out they can hear me but just barely. I can hear my chat, game sound, and everything else. If anyone can help me that would be great! They are still under warranty and I am waiting for the e-mail
Just get your money back and buy X31's
