About $10 over budget but it's worth choosing a 6870 over a 6850 considering the minimal price difference. This will smoke the rig you posted in gaming performance , reliability, and the ability to do future upgrades. Although if you're able to re-use your DVD drive and HDD, you'll save quite a bit of money that you can pocket for put towards another component.
even though i picked 8gb of ram and a 1tb hdd?
If you open task manager whilst multi-tasking ( i.e gaming and playing media ) you'll see it usually hovers around 2gb's and making anything over 4 useless and a waste of money unless you want to buy it just to buy it which a lot of people do. If a whole 500gb primary HDD isn't enough, you can grab a 1tb Seagate for $30 more if you really need it. But trust me when I say the build I listed is unbelievably better than some cheesy PSU and an FX fail CPU.

Those combo deals are pretty good. The only reason I don't do it is because I'm lazy. Anyways, it's practically the same ( you basically get a DVD drive for free ).

Bro did you even read that? All the charts showed the i7 and i5 on the top the whole time except when the fx beat it by like 1 or 2 seconds. The i5 and i7 were always on top otherwise by a pretty big margin
"We can summarize the AMD-FX8150 in one word: 'Dissappointment' "
Even they don't like it lol
P.S. I think you just found a random article and threw at me as proof. Or you read it and read the charts all wrong

when did i say it was better than the 2500k or 2600k? i said that the 8150 can produce higher fps in games than the 2500k which it can if you read the whole article. and those 2500k/2600k cpus are over 220 so i wasnt recommending that on his budget... instead of looking at stats vs a cpu he wasnt even considering, go compare the prices/specs of the 8120 vs the 4100 or the i3 2100 he was looking at than speak.

well why give me a link to that comparison then? I mean if you want to give me proper evidence instead of posting that link then saying nothing else about finding one about the cpus you are comparing then why try to argue with me?
