It's not illegal to play the game if you're below the age limit. It's only illegal to buy the game.

So reporting them for what?

Well you do have a valid opinion, but it is the parents choice. If they want their child to see the R rated film, they just bring them and let them in. If they want them to play a M rated game, they just go and buy it with them.

I do find it annoying at times, but that is why there is a 'mute' button!
