The drug is called Bath Salts. It makes people Really strong, Aggressive, and yeah, that is why he was biting him, he was being aggressive end of story. The only way there will every be a zombie type outbreak, is if someone made a Bio Weapon out of this drug.

you must seriously be stupid to think there are drugs that make you eat someone... the police man who shot him was traumatised by what he saw and the chief police guy said that the symptoms had been seen before "a man bloody from being hit by a car ran down the street naked" its a new strain of LSD and the police department even said it... some people they loose their mind and in this case the guy lost a little more than his mind...
