Does anyone else have problems with buckets of lava or water when trying to empty them?????

Once I had a glitch where I would empty the bucket and no water appeared, but that only happened one time...

It's Kinda Weird You Can Only Empty Buckets On Certain Blocks/Materials otherwise it just dissapear

On the XBOX version, there's spawn protection. Can't place lava or water in there
