I got a 14 day ban for apparently System Tampering, even though I don't have a JTAG etc. Stupid Microsoft getting there facts all wrong.

Basically what that is saying is that you got into a modded lobby.

It's fraud, and I'm glad they have finally started doing that.

We'll this makes my 4th permanent account ban for being in modded lobby's, suprised I haven't been console banned yet.

I never knew this thread existed so I'll post my stories.

My first ever console banned was on my flashed console which luckily, I've had for a couple months. I used mods carefully and didn't abuse them, god mode etc. In the end, I was banned for "playing" Halo 4 early along with my brothers account which he never played it. I used a different account, I don't know why he was false banned.

Second console banned was because of Marketplace Theft. There was a glitch where it enables you to get free games like Injustice, Bulletstorm and various arcade games. I did it and got banned within a month.

First account ban was because of WaW infections. About 5 more accounts were banned for gamer tag trolling.

1. Dec - 2009 I was console banned and my 18 tags all got banned, the reason for was "Exploiting"
2. Feb - 2010 - Tag got banned for "abusing the system"
3. June - 2010 - Console banned with my 3 tags for "Modifying games"
4. March - 2011 - Console banned with one tag for "scamming" i was actually carding xbl.
5. June 2012 - Console banned for boosting with my 2 tags
6. March 2013 - Console banned for having a flashed console

and of course that doesnt count jtag bans :p
