We all get banned for modding..NO!
Not all of us as you can see some people upload mods like this guy, because he is in faze and is famous he wont be banned...
Now why is microsoft so unfair?

Its because that is not game breaking and its not them on the modified console. microsoft only will ban people if its either game breaking or them who is actually doing the modifications.

I have been suspended once for two weeks but when i go on the enforcement website it says i have never been suspended?

doesnt matter you can get banned for super speed lobbies on mw2, its modding which is against the TOS

Yes & that ban will be for Participating in modded lobbies. and that ban will most likely happen because that guy has put his gamertag on some site (possibly on here) and the flag his account and all the accessory accounts with it, then finally they ban the account. FaZe use diffrent gamertags everytime they go into the game they are all just renamed to there original accounts but the XUID's do not link up.

he records using mods on the gamertag FaZe Carl, his xuid may not add up to it but he admits he uses mods in his vid he says he had fun in an aimbot lobby, so lets re analyse at that, he is using a dummy account spoofed to his GT, also admitting he participated in modded games, happily uploads it to youtube, NOT BANNED.
why isnt he banned? because microsoft are biased to famous youtubers
like syndicate, he got perm banned 1/12/9999 and he called microsoft the next day and they unbanned him,unfair to us no matter how we look at it so please stop defending them

I Can do what i want sir, they need proof of the proper XUID's or they can't hold the ban that's why he got unbanned because it doesn't add up it was the same with syndicate when modders go online using other peoples gamertags they may get them banned but nothing will ever add up on the real account.
