So i started downloading World Of Tanks on my laptop and now everytime i go on XBL it lag's and freezes my Xbox? And my laptop internet is slow, is it because of World of Tanks, or what? Help.

Try Reset Your Router.

Also Dont Go On Laptop Whilst On Xbox ?

Turn your laptop off and go on xbox. If the connection's still slow, its your connection (try resetting the router and make sure nobody else is using your wifi).
If it's back to normal, it's your laptop. Try uninstalling the game and trying (if it's still slow then, at least you know its not the game).
