Thats because you have 0 Reputation power, you have to earn 100 Reputation points to get 1 Reputation, but i've repped you 50+ to start you off, but you need another 50 to get 1, then you'll be able to Give rep but only 1 Rep per time untill you get to 25, as you can rep up to 25 when a free member and have the 25 Reputation,

EDIT : and its 25 Posts to Earn 1 reputation.

Okay man, I think I understand it, thanks for that rep btw, but it also says I need to post to get more rep or something? Is this what I'm doing now posting? Making a new forum?
