I believe I have the same as you.

I can't boot up my Laptop up normally either, so what I do is upon it turning on, I hold down F12, then select the Hard Drive selection. It will say something like "It may be unsafe to boot this laptop" or something. Just do it. Should boot up normally.

i understand your point but whats the point off reinstalling windows when you think his motherboard is gone complete waste off time send to my shop

true but when i wanted to get mine repaired it was like 300 dollars idk just saying but i guess it would be a waste

Did you fall for the old "Delete /system32, your computer will run faster!". If not, I think someone RATted you and deleted it themselves.

Sounds like yours is in better condion than mine. My laptop will NOT start at all. Wont run fans wont POST wont do anything. It only blinks this light and makes a clicking sound on this light... I cant get it to turn on or make any improvements no matter what I do.
