Thinking about getting a Ps3 and i was wondering is it easy to jailbreak them? and what all can you do with a jailbroke ps3?

yea it is more complicated than videos make it, just buy one that is already jailbroken

Step 1:
Make a folder on your desktop called 'PS3'
Step 2:
Make another folder INsIDE of the folder 'PS3' called 'UPDATE'
Step 3:
Download the 'CFW / Jailbreak' from below.
Step 4:
Unzip the 'Jailbreak.zip' till you get a file called 'PS3UPDAT.PUP'
Step 5:
Next open the first folder you made 'Ps3' then open the 'UPDATE' folder inside that
and drag and drop the 'PS3UPDAT.PUP'
Step 6:
Insert the 2.0 USB memory device [2.0GB+]
Step 7:
Drag the 'PS3' file with the other files inside it.
Step 8:
Put the USB into the PS3.
Step 9:
Navigate to settings tab
Step 10:
Choose 'System update'
Step 11:
Choose 'Update via storage media'
Step 12:
It will say it 'found Version 3.55-jb
Step 13:
Choose 'Ok'
Step 14:
Accept Conditions and Install Update
Step 15:
After less than a minute, your PS3 will update, beep 4 times then shut down.
(Dont touch it)
Step 16:
Power up your PS3
(You will have to do it on the console and not by the controller)
Step 17:
Your PS3 is now jailbroken!
