No you cant control where a slime spawns.

On the other hand if you dig all the way to bedrock and mine out a huge area the slime will soon spawn.

This is the easiest way i found out to find slime.

I just meant is it possible to find slime on xbox? Or are they not in the game yet?

Awesome thanks, just didn't want to build a slime farm and have them not be on Xbox yet
