hey guys so i bought a kit like this one [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

so i can start doing reballs (currently do reflows)

im having trouble with the blue tool that holds the chip

1. i cant seem to figure out how to make the chip nice and snug in the holder its always really loose even though i move it into position well and tighten the screws

2. i cant figure out how to put the gpu stencil on i have no idea


please help!!
