If some one wins they should make a dummy account for others to download it

When are people getting picked? is it at one certain time or could it be anytime?

Thanks for the link. However the full version is going to be a beta.(fixed) I fail to see why bethsda is doing this other than to get $$$ by selling our e-mail addresses. Or possably for public relations(the fan friendly dev). Don't get me wrong I can't wait, but I suspect there will be quest breaking glitches until about 3-4 months after release. The thing that suprises me the most is that Micro$oft actually agreed to do this. I wonder how much scope it took Todd Howard to get the taste of Bill Gates out of his mouth?
