i think you have to hot swap a modded disc im pretty sure you can find 1 on ebay or sumthin

For the PC version you can just change around the models I believe, I'm not good in that department. But for Xbox, you need a GTA 4 modded ISO disk and the actual TBoGT disk not the DLC for it to work, I learned that the hard way :'(

just download the iso and the mod files and buy a verbatim disk or memorax dvd+r dl 8.5gb
then verify the iso by abgx360 after that replace the common and dlc with xbox backup creater then burn the iso to the disk with imgburn then hotswap and ur done :d
