Frustrating build, but it didn't take me all that time. I got distracted with reading something. The 6670 and G530 will do everything he needs, but frankly you'll want to reconsider some things. Using a cracked copy of Windows is just stupidly easy, but I can't help you with that on TTG. Check this build out, it's what you can get for 400GBP unencumbered by peripherals and a copy of Windows:

$990

The 660 Ti plays BF3 brilliantly, better than the similarly priced 7950. Skyrim will play perfectly as well.

Budget & Currency: $600 USD

Peripherals & Monitor: Already have them.

Games: Nope

Software: Already have what she needs

Aesthetics: Doesn't really matter, just nothing flashy.

Rebates/Promos: Yes, one price without rebates, one with rebates

Details: My mom is looking for a new computer. She saw a dell I3 laptop on QVC (A shopping channel for those who don't know.) It was about 600 bucks. I told her it's cheaper to build one, and chances are it will be better to. So if anybody can help out, I will love you forever. My mom does medical transcriptions so the main programs she uses are MS Word, and Chrome. I want to her to be able to get the most for her money, but she doesn't need a video card or stuff like that. She just needs it to be good for word processing and browsing the web. Mainly something quick that will be good at multi-tasking. Thanks.

When: Will give her a day or two to think about it before ordering.
Thanks!

The i5-2400 is a hard recommendation for me, but after really looking at it, it's a perfect mid-point between the i3-2120 and i5-3570K. The 7850 will play Crysis 2 very well. Also make sure you set the clocks higher on that RAM! Check the info section for the part about Samsung 30nm RAM.

Somebody got a little carried away with the downvote button. If you've got a problem with me, post like you've got some nads.
