Not calling you surely or anything, but surely that cable management could be a tad better ;)

rOOt, I understand you are busy, but I was wondering if you could look over this quickly, and tell me if there are any errors, or if I need to order any extra cables, (I know I need HDMI cords for the monitors) like sata cables for the fans, or anything. Thanks man, much appreciated.

Yea I know I'm not r00t but I'll help you anyway. You should't need extra cables and the thermal paste is fine if you want it but it comes with the cpu cooler. You could get a better SSD for the money:

A better power supply would be the hive 750

Monitor wise I recommend the VH236H as it is cheaper, has great response time, and is still 1080p:

Good Luck.

P.S. The PSU is just a suggestion as I personally don't know much about EVGA's PSUs. Read the reviews and see what other people think and maybe someone else on TTG could give you a second opinion.

And there's my take on it. If you were wondering, the EVGA PSU is excellent, but this Antec HCG unit is more appropriate. If you want to add another 7970, you should be getting an 850 or 950w PSU, depending on how ambitious you will be with overclocking the cards.

I forgot to remove the first extra SATA cable from my screenshot. Oops.
