Ok so I don't have a whole lot of money but I can pay 3.50 to someone over paypal who can make me some good album artwork.
If it is amazing I will take some money out of bank account and pay more, I really need this ASAP!
I will pay first if I get to see the artwork, you can watermark it or whatever until I pay if you want to.
