As you can see i think ( i dont know if nybody has tried it yet ) i found a way to not get caught by Microsoft for Marketplace Theft Would it be Possible To Get Your Friends Account and a dummy account then transfer it to the dummy account then to your real one i dont know if it works but im just asking?
Would it Work?

Nope it wont work because Arcade games and dlc has DRM which means you have to license transfer
