i have bought a few 6k and 2k accounts and possibly a few 3k accounts.. i got banned like a week ago. I rang microsoft first explained the situation to them. they said it didnt matter that i bought cheap live points. they took a few details of my xbox and said that fifa/ea submitted a complaint to them. the man couldnt tell me y i got banned but i just did. And i have talked to a friend of mine, he is a lawyer and he said if i really really wanted to i could take them to court. I didnt breach any rules of the terms and conditions thing which u have to sign. they are preventing me from getting/using something i have paid for and they have destroyed my xbox for no reason.. so in court they will say in their defense " you were banned because you breached the contract but we cant say what you breeached".. now that automatically makes me win.. YOURE CHOICE!!
