Hey TTG I recently bought a controller off of the XL team on Ebay and I have bought from them before so thought I was getting a good controller. Instead I got a controller that had a mismatched shell meaning the shell was not put on right either was the bottom and top trim. All they told me was that it was a after market shell and the shell could not be put together properly I am very Pissed about this and I don't even know what an after market shell is. So please help.

-Also NEVER BUY FROM THEM IF THE CONTROLLER HAS A GLOSSY SHELL OR DIFFERENT COLOR INSERTS!
