Before you read this rant, please keep in mind that you may find this content offensive!
Hello fellow nerds, recently I have seen a whole lot of "GFX" services in the Graphics section that are utterly... horrible. I know it is very hard to get into the whole aspect of this very broad hobby, but I must know why people want to make another user some flashing rainbow avatar with a rifle on it. Not only that, the majority of those services claim to be "professional" in their work. With the recent 100kb avatar limit, it has somewhat cut down on the god forsaken things, but not entirely. In addition, when I see someone who opens a shop using a real artist's templates, it just sends me through the roof. Why on Earth would someone want to use the bad ethics of copying outright just for some fame or reputation?
To sum it up, I think we need to cut back on all the crappy graphic services, and maybe earn a little more experience first. There are plenty of tutorials out there.

It takes practice, until you can make your own Gfx shop and tell people how there work is, then see who your asking for Gfx it's not that hard to see what there work looks like, if you don't like it don't take it, if not let them make what they want to make and try to help them get better in the future. -DIA
