Halo 3 forge was the good old days for sure

same here. the only thing i use my xbox is for Skate and Mlb. i remember the days of summer, calling your friends and telling them to get on and play CoD till 3 in the morning. guess this happens when you get older.

i feel as though the system itself is dyeing. I am 15 and i no longer play it and i also just recently bought games. The thing that makes xbox fun is playing with friends. Much of my friends stopped playing so every once in a while i go on to see if anybodies on but turn it off again. I am starting to switch over to pc gaming. I am building my first PC when finals are over and i am going to start just playing games on that. i have cod 4 on my mac and i enjoy it a lot more then xbox. it is easier to start playing and I don't usually spend hours playing at a time. I usually play a game or two hear and there. I never touch my xbox during the week and very rarely on the weekends. I may start playing it again when GTA5 comes out but other then that i might completely switch over to PC. Halo 3 all nighters were the best. I loved playing all the custom games, infection. Man those were good times. I think halo 3 was the best game i ever played. I defiantly had more fun on that game then any other. Xbox has become a wasteland were only a few of my friends still wander. If everybody were to hop back on and play i think it would just as fun. Like I said it was the people playing not the games.

I know what you mean. I use to be able to play COD4, COD5, and Halo 3 for hours and in the early mornings my parents would wake up and tell me go to bed. Now, 4 1/2 years later, I have a job and rather spend my money on gas, saving for college, or just other stuff. I don't think I've bought a new game for xbox in at least 6 months and that was BF3 and MW3. I haven't bought XBL for like 4 months when I used to renew it right away but yesterday I decided to buy a 3 month to enjoy a little but was a little bit of a waste as I only play for an hour or two and get off for a day or two.

It use to be great creating maps with my friend on Halo now I don't even play with friends and don't put any money towards xbox. Growing up sucks.

dude im 19, done 2 years of college, barely touch the xbox anymore, just lost interest, all interest in cod, halo, red dead, etc all gone! barely look at the dam thing anymore
