I want to MOD Halo3 and was wondering if I have to install it to my USB like I did for MW2. Please reply, will give +REP!

you can install it in your USB But it depends which way you prefer modding with.

I told you it Depends which way your Prefer modding, for me i would do it on the transfer cable.
So both ways are good.
