Have a look in the Xbox 360 Marketplace forum of this website and you will find lots of people selling JTAG's in there.

I'd advise you to only buy off a trusted seller.

If you're in the UK, get one from JTAG-Galore (he has a sticky and is trusted).

Not sure about the US, but just check out the Xbox 360 Marketplace forum.
