Okay so yesterday i was using it, it was fine there was a thunderstorm while my pc was on and had a power failure from 4:00pm till i woke up at 9:00am today i turned it on it showed a blackscreen showing what kind of processors a memory check said i have 8 gigs something about bios now my computer wont even turn on the the power failure shock my system?

If it really fried then smell it. If it smells like something burning. It fried. (My power supply fried on my old rig when this happened)
