So, if you hold the sync button and then power on thet console, and keep the sync button held down the whole time, it clears any failed system updates from your console. Many people do this when they get e79 on a retail console.

So, I currently have 2 e79-ed jtags in different situations:

-A Falcon that we flashed a bad nand to and never successfully used.

-A Zephyr that we have used tons of times, and randomly got e79. It was banned already, and all we did was install some LEDs that don't require soldering, they just plug in and share power with the fans. The first time we did this we instantly got e79, but this time it worked, then we deleted some profiles from our hard drive and turned the console off. when we switched hard drives and turned it back on we had e79


So my question is, will the sync button thing work, and if so for which console? I'm maily concerned about the Zephyr. If we do it, will it revert to our last nand dump(which was clean), will it go back to pre-nxe, or will it just be a regular 9199 dash without freeboot?
